Only pure fat is on veggies and in coffee. Worst calorie wise was 1700 I ended up. Mostly I am between 1200 and 1500 max..So I don't look at calories anymore.…

  • I do weights twice a week with a trainer. At home I do stretching and kettlebells ( but not too much). If the weather is nice I go for walks. I don't do more as my cortisol is a bit high.

  • I love mine. Especially pork turns out brilliant. The crackling is super crisp and the meat soft and moist. Works well with porkbelly as well.

  • I am an apply shape. When I started in mid January I was the perfect barrel at 115kgs. Now at 99.5 my belly shrank quite a bit. I am actually happy with my body now. Well, Yes, I still have have 20 kg to loose, but that fat is distributed on my main body, not arms or legs and I am working on it.

  • Don't let the scales rule your life. Your trainer is right, and loosing inches is better than a stupid number on your scale. Be proud of the changes you have achieved.
  • As for the roasted califlower, I cut it into fairly thin slices and add garlic and cheese. Also I use it for a basil cream. Cook the califlower. Throw in a mixer, add lots of basil, some garlic and herbs and salt to you liking Add some milk and olive oil if not fluid enough. Makes a great creamy sauce for e.g zuchini…

  • I found the first week the hardest, now it is better. In the evenings I no longer have a shake. I cook a meal with 100g meat or chicken and veggies. I make sure I stay under 800 cals and around 65g carbs and it works quite well

  • I use an Omron HBF 514 C scale, it combines normal scale with handheld device. I know it is not 100 percent correct, but better than any online calculation or scale only. Might not workfor bodybuilders, but is right for me at my current state.
