It's extremely easy to over consume almost all of it... I think I'll keep logging for a bit and see how it pans out.

I think basically filling up on veg, fruit meat,fish and weighing cheese/milk, fibre rich foods - pulses, cereals whole meal bread. The syns are pretty much anything processed. In theory if you follow the plan the calories should look after themselves...

Hi. Yes everything has been weighed out in my kitchen I put my plate/bowl on the scales and zero after every item nothing has gone in my mouth that hasn't been planned for in advance including cheat night - I even weighed out wine!!! I didn't really do anything in January it was after Christmas and the weight just fell off after I stopped eating Christmas food! I drink about 2 litres a day of water and have stopped all diet pop which I used to drink loads of.

don't panic - maybe keep saying to yourself just hold out to friday - i promise it gets easier with time but you have to give yourself some time to adjust - good luck

15 min jog followed by 30 mins strength training with 15 swim this morning - then a 5 mile walk with friends followed with a nice cup of tea - now doing a night duty!!

no idea if this works but i'll give it a go... the first is what i was at about 200lb just before i got pregnant with my 4th the second is after said pregnancy about 280lb the last is me now at 243lb long way to go yet!! i dont know what i've done wrong with pics arrghh

what about some linen trousers from next - they deliver and arn't that expensive and they come in black and white - and either long or cropped - you could team these up with almost anything. good luck in your finals x
