I feel your pain. The jump to 20 min straight of running was the hardest for me and I had to jog SO slow. But I made it and was so happy for myself. Just like the others I recommend slowing down. A relative asked me how I was losing weight. After explaining MFP, my food journal and exercise and how it's all basic math, she says "oh, so you're just starving yourself then?" As if somehow hard work and dedication are some sort of negative thing.

I find that when I go from sedentary to working out my body holds on to the weight for a little bit and then it starts to drop off. It's like you've shocked your body and it's trying to hold on to all the fuel you're putting in it.

I read once; when you get a flat tire do you get out and flatten the other 3 or do you change the flat? Falling off the wagon is just a flat tire, it doesn't have to ruin your day.

Every time I stall and don't lose any weight I remind myself that the alternative is to go back to bad habits and that is not the point. Perhaps you should be patting yourself on the back right now that you are not gaining any weight instead of feeling bad for not losing any.
