I eat a boiled egg, reduced fat mozz cheese stick, cucumber and tuna for my lunch...quick and easy!

Thank you VERY VERY much. I work as a 911 dispatcher and I am used to military time, so I have my polar set to that. I am going to try and set it to 12 hour instead of 24 hour and see if that works. I appreciate your help!

For some reason, when I get in to the settings and get to the set date, the first thing that flashes is the day....I can't figure out how to get it so it will display the month first.

Bump....Great idea, I never thought of putting my laughing cow on cucumbers!
-
Great loss!!! Keep up the good work.

I love the C25K...when I started, I coulldn't even make it through the 90 second runs and was literally gasping for air by the end. I am now on week 6 and making progress. The program is set up to be run 3 times a week, with at least 1 day off in between sessions. I have been running on the treadmill, and eventually will…

I have both, and I think they are very similar. Shred only has 3 levels, but a lot of the exercises are the same.

Polar FT4....love it! Got mine at heartratemonitors(dot)com Definitely worth the money! I think they are even a little cheaper through Amazon.
-
I have the 30 Day Shred. I bought Ripped in 30. I thought the two were very similar, so I ended up giving one to a friend.

Oh man, I'm no help. I love my Red Sox and the best part about going to Fenway is my Fenway Frank and cold beer. Have fun!

I just finished week 4. I will tell you, the first day of week one, I literally thought I was going to keel right over and I didn't make it through the runs. Each time it got a little easier. I just made it through day 3 of week 4, and I was able to run all the runs. I'm amazed at the progress I've been able to make,…

I like the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred...24 mins and the only thing you need is a mat (or something soft, I use a large beach towel) and handweights (or cans of soup or whatever). It's a good workout and quick!

Ham & Cheese omelette made with eggbeaters, fat free cheese and black forest ham....good stuff!
-
I love canadian bacon and ham when I make breakfast sandwiches. They are higher in sodium (thankfully I have low blood pressure and my family doc and a cardiologist both told me to eat more salt---not such a bad problem to have I guess.)

Subway....or I also like chili from Wendys.

Well said!

I like to eat very thin sliced turkey meat or ham & cheese roll-ups for lunch. And recently I've been addicted to the Lean Cuisine Thai Chicken Spring Rolls.

You look wonderful!! Your dedication and hard work have definitely paid off!!

I had RNY gastric bypass in August of 2003. I've gained about 45-50lb lbs back from my lowest weight (which I think was too low for me). Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Congrats, that is AWESOME!!!!! My goal is to run my first 5K this year, thanks for the added inspiration & motivation!

Great words...I'm going to have to steal that! AND, I've totally been thinking it's Sunday all day long, only to be reminded when I read the responses that it's only Saturday and I still have 2 more days of work to go!!! LOL

Working overnights used to wreak havoc on my sleeping and eating patterns. I used to go home and go right to bed, when I got up I would have breakfast, lunch was actually at 6pm'ish, then I had my dinner at work. However...it would definitely create more of a challenge if you are up for extended amounts of time.

AMAZING!!!! Congrats!

bump for later

I would agree with the 30 Day Shred
