I've been maintaining for the last monthish, and I wasn't really tracking. I can tell now, and I'm trying to be better about it. It's definitely harder to find the motivation to track when you're where you want to be. But I have to keep reminding myself that I want to stay here too!

I just got back from NYC and expected a gain but managed a tiny loss instead! I walked a ton each day, so I think that helped the most. I think it would help to slow your run speed down a bit. I'm doing C210k, and I walk at 3.8 and jog between 5.0 and 5.5. Once you get the time down, it's supposed to be much easier to work on speed.
