Hey all my skinnnny b*tches!!! I hope you all had a great week full of eating well and exercising! Now let's keep it up for our 4th week of this operation!!!! Woo hoo!!!
Current Weight (6/3): 156.8
Weight lost since last week: 2.4lbs
Calories burned since last week: 3,410
Nutrition goal met?? Yes
How many miles did you travel this past week: about 18
NEW GOALS for the week of 6/3 through 6/10:
Calorie burn goal: 6,000
Weight loss goal: 4lbs
Nutrition goal: under 1200 total consumed all days, water intake up up up!
WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!
Try a NEW form of exercise for you, something that you don't normally do, if you always run on the treadmill try the stationary bike or elliptical... or get out and play a game of soccer with your kids or friends, football, play catch, go on a hike... just SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!
If you'd like to set a mileage goal for yourself go ahead!!
For myself, I will be going on a hike (if the weather cooperates) Maybe with a bit of rock climbing in there, and hopefully a game of ultimate frisbee
I'm also setting a goal for myself of traveling 23 miles.

Calories burned since last week: 5,684 -well over my 3,500 goal!
Nutrition goal met?? Yes. Only 1 day that was over my calorie count.
How many miles did you travel this past week: 23.73 miles (18.41 treadmill & elliptical and 5.32 stationary bike). Whoo-Hoo!
NEW GOALS for the week of 6/3 through 6/10:
Calorie burn goal: 6,000
Weight loss goal: 5 lbs
Nutrition goal: Less than 1,600 for most days and no junk food
WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!
I will travel a total of 50 miles (25 miles treadmill & elliptical and 25 miles on the stationary bike) AND do a 50/80/100/100 (50 push-ups, 80 sit-ups, 100 walking lunges and 100 squats) AT LEAST 3 out of 7 days.
My Thoughts: This week I actually exercised more but didn't have the weight loss that I expected. However, I feel "tight" and full of energy!
