However, i say log it all, even if you go over its ok, for instant my calories are set at 1200 and i have gone over and to my surprise it said i was still in starvation mode, or could be. i try not to weight when Tom comes for his visits, i just feel to bloated. I guess i will test the theory and see what the scale says. I know i will prob end up discouraged but who know i may be surprised.

OMG, i been doing the same and im feeling the same, please keep me informed if you find out what works for you, i will take any advice i can get, i have his a rut and its not fun..my poor husband prob thinks im crazy with how much i obsess over a pound gain/loss...

I do the same thing, it drives me mad. Im trying to go back to once a week, but its so hard. i feel like i have plateaued because the number on the scale is not changing, i still have 28 pounds to go, any advice or am i going to have to invest in a stray jacket????

I LOVE SHOTS, but my fav is fireball whiskey its 100 cals a shot, so i try not to take them that often, but another fav is vodka diet only 60 cals. hope this helps..
