losing motivation, friends needed!

Hi, im new to this website, joined after losing my first 20 pounds, since joining a week ago down two more pounds, However, im losing motivation to make myself work out. I wish i was stronger. Im hoping getting some friends on here will help me with that. I have 27 more pounds to go to my goal. please help. Thank all!!!

Also any advice would be great!!!

    we all lose motivation every now & then. it doesnt make you weak. think of what youve already accomplished. youre doing fabulous. dont get discouraged. add me as a friend. i'll support you.

    20 lbs that's an accomplishment! Yay you!

    Just keep at it slow and steady.

    I don't know what you start or goal weights are, but after I got 2/3rds the way to my goal. I shifted down to lose 1/2lb/wk. Harder to be patient, but since I've less to lose now, increases my chances of success.

    Be patient go slow, you don't want to end up yo-yoing

    im currently at 156
    and my goal is 130
