I make a turkey chili on the regular :) My family loves it and so do most people. I make it for parties too and it's always a hit! I eat it with reduced fat shredded cheddar and I get the Tostitos bite size rounds (28 chips per serving) and eat it up!! Delish!! I made it last night!!

I think changing my calorie intake and my workout a little bit will help but technically I am not considered to be in a plateau just yet. I'm trying to patient. So I definitely should adjust my goals so it can adjust my calorie intake. I sit at a desk all day unfortunately but I try to stay active on lunch (I walk) and at night (I have a 1 year old lol) Thanks for the help!

I'm about 58"-5'9" and I currently weight 168lbs and I'm wearing an 11/12 but they are big so I'm probably into the 9/10 by now :)

Feel free to add me!!! You can do it!!! Walking is great to do! That's what I've been doing. Lots of walking and giving myself a certain amount of calories a day. You can do this!! Ive become addicted to this app!! Good Luck!!!

I meal plan so I make my meals over the weekend for the week. That way I'm always prepared :) This week I make turkey burgers and broccoli and cauliflower for lunch :)
