I don't get sore even after a heavy workout unless it's something I haven't done in a while. But even a tiny bit of a new exercise will make me sore.
-
Don't worry, it will get harder fast enough. That's the beauty of this program, it starts out easy enough to avoid soreness and immediate burnout, but it gets as hard as you need it to be pretty quickly.

Hate it, but love how it makes me feel.
-
Yep. I'm actually hoping to go a bit lower than that, but we'll see.

I've got limited time, and I'm here, to work out, not chat, so have a great day

Me! 21, 5' 4.5", was 140-145, wanna be 120-125. Hopefully as much lost by the end of June as possible since that is my wedding, but it is what it is.

I guess I am the opposite. I always love to see that my boobs are shrinking, they are so uncomfortable larger, even though I have never had particularly large boobs.
-
I'm less worried about the scale when I weigh frequently. That way I'm never shocked
-
All depends on you. I log as I go, cause I never know what I'm gonna eat until I do

Date, assuming I was single

It is difficult for us young people, too. I tried to lose/maintain for a year and a half, but with an office job, I wasn't able to restrict my calories enough. So I went back to an active job, and it's a life changer. I can do it now, but I still have to work my butt off, and fighting cravings is very hard. The other day I…

Oh, I'm not worried about it, I'm just curious. Definitely not planning to do it. For instance, today I had 2 doughnuts at lunch, now I don't have calories left for supper, lol.

Lol, I work a very physical job, and have the body to go with it. People still say things like, "oh, we need to ask one of the guys to move this when they come by, it's heavy" I take great delight in moving said object effortlessly, in such situations.

Both macros and micros. Packages always say whatever% daily value of whole grain or protein or whatever.

I'm not sure exactly what's fueling me. I am getting married in June, but I originally tried to do this 2 months ago and it just didn't click. All I know is that for me, success pushes me forward, and motivates me like no other. I'm on my 9th good day in a row. Not perfect days, but ones I'm happy with.

I know a little how you feel. I worked at a bank for a year and a half after working on a turkey farm. Everyone told me this was such a step up and so on. I hated it. Every day I felt myself slowly dying inside. I went from being happy 89% of the time and decent 9% of the time, only being really sad 2% of the time to being…

Great job! I am ready for week 8 day 2 for the second time. (went through it last summer) I struggled a lot the first time through, this time has been really easy, I started about halfway through and have had no issues. I'm planning to go through it again when I'm running the full 5k (I'm a little slow at the moment) and…

I love my C25K app. But I run barefooted whenever it isn't cold. I could run a 5k pretty easily at this point, but I'm not quite doing that on my regular running days. I wanna go back through the program and jog where it says walk and run a bit faster where it says run to get my speed up a little.

I am 21, 142lbs and 5'4.5" trying to slim down a bit for my wedding in June. Don't know if I'll manage it or not, but I'm trying

I'm bi, and honestly, while I am neither attracted no turned off by them, I really wanna touch them when I see them. Like not in a sexual way, I just find the texture really fascinating and cool.
-
I am also starting over here. I started several years ago at 160(5'4") and lost very nearly 40 pounds. Then I gained back 30 at a year and a half of a sedative job. I was starting to get depressed, and I was never happy with myself, so I went back to a physical job gave myself 2 months of unrestricted eating to adjust to…

He rode his own bike

I run first thing in the mornings, (5:30) and don't usually eat until I get settled in at work (8:00-10:00). When I run in the afternoon, I don't specially eat anything.

Yes. I'm so sorry for your struggles, and I feel your pain. I went through very little physical abuse, but a huge amount of emotional abuse, mostly from the church we were in. The only person in the whole world that was safe to me was my mom. And she was the target of the church, because she was a target, I was a target at…

When I am feeling fat, and bad about myself, someone else losing weight is just more depressing to me. Make sure she knows you love her. Find her love language and use it a lot. Tell her she is the most beautiful person in the world to you no matter she looks like. She needs to know that no matter what she is going…

I think it would be fun to do bike and train! Kinda hard with my road train (big bike, bike trailer(weehoo used to be for kiddo, now for cargo), plus kid bike)

For those worried, his pedi isn't. It was flat, he has a super light bike, and we took breaks. Started at 8:00am, finished at 4:00pm, had ice cream, and he was running around and splashing in the pool at his cousin's house that evening, didn't even go to bed early. His only complaint? His butt hurt. He's been out biking…

I have a pull up bar in my laundry room and I put my feet on top of the washer to 'cheat'. Well guess what, I went from 0 unassisted pull ups 1 chin up to 3 pull ups 6 chin ups in 2 months by 'cheating'. Now I'm working from there

In my experience, biking works the thighs, running calves. I always run my bike in the highest (most difficult) gear unless I'm tackling a really hard hill. I like to go fast, and I can go faster that way without tiring.

Everything, lol. But to be honest, the part I hate most is not an exercise, it's the part of the exercise where you are far enough from the beginning to be exhausted, but far enough from the end you can't start counting down yet. You are just stuck in the middle where you feel like you are dying and there is no end in…
