Fat cells don't go away when you lose weight?
A person was arguing with me, saying that liposuction was a good idea because fat cells will only get smaller, and it's easier to grow the fat back if you don't get them removed. Is this total Bs, or legitimate?

Got a week off calorie counting
My 6 year old and I biked the Katy Trail last week for my vacation. 237.7 miles in 5 days. Biking all day with a 70-80 pound trailer works the calories off pretty well, lol.

Wonderland of salads!
Here a few weeks ago I realized I LOVE taco salads! And I only use maybe a loose quarter cup of meat with 2 cups of lettuce. Wearing a knee brace while running and swimming?
I have one knee that I over extended a few years back, and it's been a little touchy ever since. Running too much can make it worse, so I just try to take it slow. I love to swim, but it seems that every time I swim, I end up twisting it, and making it worse. Would wearing a knee brace help that?

I made myself a delicious carrot/broccoli/cauliflower cooked veggie combo and had some for breakfast. But for what it cost me I could have bought 3 huge bags of sugar cereal that would last me several months vs a week. It's sad. :D
