I'm thinking milk instead of cream, and add some extract and sugar?

I'm not 100% sure what coffee creamer is... But a sweetener would cut the sugar calories..0

Most recipes all for sweetened condensed milk or cream instead of milk

Its not low cal but I put 1/2 tsp coconut oil and 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder in my coffee and then I don't need any sweetener. Tends to hold me over for a while post-workout too. Otherwise just try some milk and a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder.0

I use a little bit of hot chocolate powder, I just wanted to try other flavors. I've heard of the salting before, i'll have to try that.0
