Counting macros and micros

Can I do this on MFP? How do I determine what a good amount of each is? Currently cutting, and want to stay lean for the summer, but wanting to possibly clean bulk come fall. So I want to start keeping track now to get used to it.

Yes, MFP does it by default. You can certainly change your macro goals, I'm not sure about micros as I don't track them personally.
There are a gajillion threads on setting macros... scroll through the first few pages of the Food & Nutrition and the Getting started forums - you'll see them.1 -
Yeah, I realized the auto tracking when I looked, lol. I'm blind sometimes. How do I adjust them?0

It's in the settings or goals section. Click around a little and you'll find it.0
