Something must be working!
Haven't been able to weigh myself much because I don't have a scale, and was 3 pounds up when I weighed myself a few weeks ago, but yesterday I wore my almost too tight jeans, and I was able to comfortably wear them instead of feeling like a stuffed sausage, so something must be changing! :D

Help me with workout resources and routine.
I am currently doing mostly bodyweight exercises. My current routine is every other day, 3 rounds of 10 jumping jacks to warm up a little 5 knees to chest on bar (actually go up as high as possible, first few I can go into a skin the cat) 6 pushups 10 squats 5 V situps 5 pullups/assisted pullups 1 minute wall sit 5…

My body is weird
I don't think I have a completely healthy relationship with food, when I was in school I went through a lot of trauma, and it was one of my only comforts. But anyway. I tend to binge on weekends, mostly psychological, I'm usually at my mom's a little bored, and she has lots of great food around. I went over my calories…

Can't figure out how to log my exercise
I can't log bodyweight exercises, and that is the majority of my exercise. I don't have any way to track those calories. I don't want to increase my base activity level, because I don't want to depend on that exercise to lose weight, as I am otherwise not particularly active.

Ugh! working out while mentally exhausted
I had a super tough day at work. Its my day to work out. I hate working out. I really don't feel like it, lol. Thoughts to get me off my butt? Maybe a good kick?

Uh, help me with sugar!
I am a sugar addict. Today I had 2 KitKat and 3 chocolate chip cookies, as well a generously sweetened mint tea for breakfast. This was pretty moderate for me. I love sugar, candy, cookies, cake, ice cream, kids cereal, pop, I love it all. I've gotten away from pop a little bit. (Finally bought myself a 12 pack of soda for…

Feeling sad
I have gained some over winter, and I'm upset about it, particularly since I've been trying(obviously ineffectively) to lose. But if I try to confide in people, they laugh it off, saying I'm not fat. I am a healthy weight, but not my target weight, but somehow my feelings of failure aren't valid because I'm not obese. That…

A little frustrated
A while back I went from a highly active job to a sedetary one. I could eat whatever I wanted, and still lose weight. I went from 140 to a low of 122 without trying. Now I am up at130. Its really hard for me to get exercise in, especially in winter between a full time job, taking care of the house and my 6 year old. Its…

Struggling
So I lost 30 lbs with my fitness pal earlier. Recently I've been logging again some in an attempt to get just a bit lower. But instead of losing, I've been gaining? Any ideas how I can fix that? I went from a very active job to a less active one, but I've been eating less to compensate. And I'm definitely eating less than…

Back again
I've been here before, lost 35lb. Then I changed jobs, and now I'm having to relearn how much I can eat because my old job was very physically demanding, and my new one is quite sedentary. Gained 5lb, so I'm back to tracking. So far so good

Moving from an active job to a less active job
So my current job is very active. I do a lot of walking and carrying things heavy or light depending on the day. I'm changing to a job where I will still be on my feet quite a bit, but not walking a lot like here. I started losing weight before I came here, and got down to about 140, now I weigh between 125 and 130…

Is it possible to be overweight and not have enought to eat?
There was a recent article in a magazine about people who are going hungry, and can hardly feed their children. Almost every single picture had overweight or obese people in it. The article went on to say that these people are fat because although they don't have enough to eat, what they do have to eat is junk food, and…
