I do 500 but I eat later, so my tummy's full. I think my diary is open...I logged today's food if you want to look (I also enter a bogus 950cals that I don't actually eat, because MFP will not let it post to your wall without being over 1000 cals.) I do maintenance cals the other days and my pig-out days are Sundays.

I had a three month plateau...remove the thought of a 'finish line' and you'll look back in awhile and see a great progression...be patient with yourself...

OMG, look at those big beautiful eyes now! They were hiding! Don't ever stop. There is no finish line to this. Always look to learn to improve in your diet, exercise, and yes, SLEEPING habits...congratulations! You have done an incredible job. Now go continue to kick azzz!! :)

LOL! None inconspicuous, but I have a timer set to go off every hour, and for 45 seconds I do a calisthenic at my desk...burpees, high knees, etc. But I have a boss that blasts Bon Jovi from her office, so she doesn't even blink when I jump out of my chair...no one does anymore. They act like it's just a normal day. :D
