Now that I am seeing a little progress I am really enjoying this, but it is not easy. I have already figured out breakfast and lunch and have almost 900 calories for dinner!!!! WOW! The standard rule is to keep at 1200 calories at a minimum. Now, the reason you keep hearing the 1800 calories rule is that will keep you at two pounds a week, and many trained people get nervous when people start losing weight faster. Your body wont start to slow the metabolism until you get below the 1200 calories a day.…

New here about a week or so ago. No calorie counting is not silly. I started tracking and found i am not eating nearly enough food! What a shocker!!! I thought I was eating waaay too much.
