Usually just skim or soy milk with a scoop of vanilla whey protein and a handful of frozen berries. If I want it a little more filling I will add low carb yogurt. If it's chocolate powder I add a scoop of peanut butter. However, peanut butter can be pretty high in calories. I'm looking for some new ideas too though. My…

Every time I see someone out in public running/jogging/walking I think.. "Wow I should really be doing that!" So I doubt anyone is judging.

You look fantastic! The rest will come off with time.. Now that you have less to loose it's going to be tougher. Try eliminating something from your diet for a couple weeks to re-adjust your body's routine or maybe a different type of exercise. Keep it up though you are an inspiration :)

I try not to eat them back, but I do use them as a cushion once in a while for situations like: having dessert or ordering a margarita with dinner.

I persnally love a scoop of %100 Whey Protein Powder, half of a banana or a few berries, ice and 8-10oz of vanilla soy milk for a meal replacement. I buy bananas and strawberries in bulk, cut them up and freeze them so they're ready for my shakes.
