  • Don't have mileage but walked a good bit today, a few hours through 2 city parks and a museum.
  • 2 miles today on treadmill incline, way too humid outside, not going out lol
  • 30 minutes today on steep incline, it only came to 1.25 miles but was a workout :)

  • I have a "desk" we built onto my treadmill that I can put the laptop on when I need/want to. I love it. It's great for when I'm really busy but still want to work and not be sitting. I don't use it when I'm running or going faster than 3mph, basically just to be moving while working.

  • A crazy cat lady here :) We have 3 rescues. One had a front leg amputation from cancer when she was a kitten and is the sweetest little thing ever. They are in my ticker pic, a rare moment when they all sit peacefully together for a second LOL
