Today I went for a Four hour walk when I went to the shop0

Sep 6: I took yesterday off but walked for 2 hours today shopping. I eentvto put myvfitbit on but it was dead. I think it is time to get my new flex!0

Sep. 6th walked 4 miles picking up trash along the road. Also, did a lot of squatting, trash bag lifting, and climbing back and forth over the guard rails.0

Yesterday I was sore from the trash pickup from Saturday and only had a little over 2300 steps in for the entire day. Today, I did a mile on the elliptical in 15 minutes and have a little over 2800 steps of walking throughout my day.0
