Yesterday I was sore from the trash pickup from Saturday and only had a little over 2300 steps in for the entire day. Today, I did a mile on the elliptical in 15 minutes and have a little over 2800 steps of walking throughout my day.0

Lots of rain this week. Got in a nice 33 minute walk on 9/7. Rained out 9/8 so did 35 mins low impact aerobics :-).0

I like to join!! I walked 31 min/2.0 miles on my lunch break today. A couple of the girls and I are committed to trying to do that most days during the week. I have an elliptical and a treadmill at home as well as the Walk at Home DVDs, so there will be no excuse for me not to do it regardless of the weather! This will help me be accountable!0

anyhoo, I have been walking 30 min at night all month with my dog, we really enjoyed the supermoon. How does one calculate speed?0 -
I got 30 minutes in on the treadmill @ 3.5 mph
I also made my goal of 10,000 steps in.
Hubby and I are working out together
22 hours and 30 minutes to go . Got to put more effort in. I have just 19 more days to go . Must pick up the pace and hours!0 -
