    I have not walked in a long time, I concentrated completely on biking. The first thing I found out that I need new shoes. My old ones are all pretty worn out. Then I could not find my pedometer or a hat to wear. I finally made it out the door and joined the minions in the park walking their dogs and walking like me in circles around the lake.


    My goal is to walk every other day and the other day I bike. I want to train for a triathlon and the running part is my biggest challenge. I am not fond of running , so I have to start slowly, And I did. I was not able to go faster than 4 miles per hour.

    Going shopping without a car is quite useful for this challenge. I walked 150 minutes today. How did everyone walks go today?

    I'm in, I have a desk on my treadmill so that has been helping me pass the boring time when not outside. :) Walking 2 miles tonight.

    I walked for 65 minutes this morning! I am trying to walk everyday. I have seen people drop some major pounds by just walking, and eating right of course :)

    Sure! I'm walking for 45 mins M, T, W, F, and 30-45 mins after dinner every day. First part done for today!

    I am in and could definitely use the accountability. My goal is 20 minutes per day and so far have not accomplished any. So I know what I will be doing tonight!

    I got 10,200 steps in yesterday! But, I forget to take my Withings pedometer off this morning before I showered and it may be ruined. :(

    I am in. I am just on my way for a walk now. On monday 1st September I walk for 3 hours and 15 minutes when I went shopping with my mum.
