Figured I’d update this thread with a review because I actually did end up signing up with Lean Muscle Project about a month ago. So far its been great. I've lost a few pounds in the last month, but the biggest victory in my eyes is that ive gone to the gym 4x a week without missing a single workout! Its been a lonnnng time since ive been so consistent. Very proud of myself.

I seriously can't get enough Taco Bell... SO GOOD!! I love the quesarito (had it for lunch this past weekend) but I'm really dying to try the breakfast crunchwrap and waffle taco.

Nevermind, I found an old thread where other people were having the exact same problem and the conclusion is that you cant really do anything. Guess Ill just get used to it.

I just started working with an online trainer and he told me to weigh myself in the morning right after I get up before eating or drinking anything. Makes sense to me. They want to get an average week to week under same conditions.

My fat stomach would be the first thing :) But hopefully i can change that by getting back to routine. My big nose, on the other hand... that's not going away no matter how few carbs i eat lol.

I agree with the others here, I'd go for top sirloin. Tip steak is also pretty lean. I think with steak the trick is to just get the lowest fat one because that's where most of the calories come from.

Wow I can so relate to this. My wife has this one friend who always tries to make us feel bad about eating meat whenever we go out together. She'll say stuff like, "Eating dead animal flesh is really bad for your energy, you two should really try..." blah blah blah. I don't tell anybody else how to eat, so when I'm out…
