I know that most people on here were just trying to look out for my best interest and I greatly appreciate that , but the person that you quoted first, quoted the person who called me both of those things and I find that rude and uncalled for.

Okay, I'm sorry that I posted this whole thing and causing all this negative tension. I am, a little selfishly, grateful though that I did because though not all of the posts on here were the most respectful ways to put it, I have decided to not do the cleanse right now at least. I will have to look into a lot more if I…

To everyone who has respectfully shared your opinions on not seeing use/ health benefits of a cleanse thank you. For cardio I do 5 days a week I do a 40-60 minute run, 7 days a week I do 45-90 minutes of cardio at the gym, 7 days a week 20 minutes of kickboxing. I also do strength training 45-60 minutes a day 3-4 days a week. I do another workout DVD 6 days a week that is 35 minutes. Once my workload lightens up I plan on adding…

I'm in! 50miles of running! (Hopefully will do better, but I'll start here since it's my first time doing this challenge)

Get back into the 150s, burn an average of 1350 or more calories a day each week, and have at least three servings of veggies a day!

30 minute run and 20 minutes of kickboxing this morning before work. Hit the gym after work and ran for 45 minutes, went on the cross trainer for 15 and did circuit training for 20. Hoping to do another 20 minute kickboxing session after work this evening!

I would also say though kickboxing is one of my favorites because it makes me feel powerful and strong. Weight lifting and circuit training though are…
