I'm glad to see some info about sugar on here. My breakfast this morning consisted of: Kashi Oats cereal (7 grams) Skim Milk (8 grams) Can of regular V8 (11 grams) My suggested sugar intake is 26 grams so it is already blown away at breakfast!!! You might want to try eating more calories at breakast. That will do more to boost your metabolism for the day.

I've been here for two weeks now and I haven't been at or below my sugar goal once. If I eat an apple and drink a can of V8, I'm done for the day. Does anyone else have this problem or should I just not worry about it?

I'm amazed at how much sugar fruit has in it. I am going to have some grapes for lunch and that will be half my recommended sugar intake for the day!
