    Oh boy, do I ever. Usually Monday I record everything, by about Thursday I slack way off!! Hmmm I wonder if that has anything with sticking to this same size lol!!

    I sit down every morning and enter in all I plan to eat that day for every meal and all snacks (snacks meaning apple, etc.). I have found that being able to plan my meals ahead of time is one of the best benefits of MFP--one tool that has been instrumental in my successful weight loss so far.
