I feel this pain. I went from 245 to 152. Then a few years, adopting a kid, getting a divorce, and moving halfway across the country later I was at 212. Down to 185 now and still going.

I love zumba and now cize too. Sometimes my workout is just loud music and dancing. I also very actively play in the park with my son. I don't sit and watch, I play tag and climb and swing with him. I used to take martial arts classes, but no time right now.

I don't really have a goal weight. When I use a under it's midway of the healthy weights on the bmi scale. My real goal though is size 4 jeans, nobody sees my scale, everyone sees my booty, lol.
