I estimate how much food I'm eating. I was over exercising the first week and lost 5 lbs quick since I would workout twice a day but I limited it down to once and so far lost no weight this week. Kinda frustrating.

I did notice that I am very hard on myself. I always put myself down and tend to compare myself to others. It's really frustrating. I feel like I am hating myself because I fell off track. I keep telling myself that I'm a failure. But you are right, 2 lbs does sound like a pretty good accomplishment. Thank you so much.

I usually drink about 1-2 glasses of water after every meal. I've been binging for about 4 days straight, it's ridiculous.

I just eat either romaine or spinach in my salad and add chicken and dressing to it. I get really sick of eating it. It's just too plain for me.

I noticed that I only like tasty food when I eat. I get so sick and tired of eating fruits and vegetables that I end up craving for other snacks.

So what types of workouts should I do instead? I only noticed improvement when I did a beach body program. Going back to the gym doesn't really help me. It's either I stay the same or gain more weight back from my eating habits.
