Gained back the weight I lost

So I workout 6 days a week and try my best to eat clean. I eat about 80% clean. I lift weights for about 20-30 min and I do a 15 min cardio warm-up and I end off with a 15 min cardio cool down. Should I do P90x or Insanity?
I've done both P90x and Insanity from the past. I had great results with both! I lost a lot of weight with Insanity and I built a lot of muscle with P90x. I gained all the weight back from lack of exercise and terrible eating. Which one should I do again?

21 Day Fix
I was wondering if doing the 21 day fix workouts would be good enough rather than trying to do the diet plan with it. I don't really like following the diet plans for programs so I'm hoping that just doing the workout itself will help me get results. Has anyone done this? I just want to lose the last 10 lbs.
