    Successes/struggles this week: So apparently last weeks' weight loss must've just not matched up with weigh-in day. So my success is that I've surpassed my July challenge weight but have made the decision to change my ultimate GW from 140 to 130, so I'll keep on working down with you all. Updating a day early because we're out all day tomorrow at the town fair and I will certainly forget to check the community at the end of the day!

    I thought I'd posted on June 30th and last week but I can't find my original posts so I'm using what's logged on my phone app... I really want to be at 135 by August but am having a difficult time getting outside in the heat ... Any suggestions? I was walking late at night but then wasn't getting enough sleep.
