    I've never joined a challenge before, but I'm looking for some motivation!

    My July goal is to weigh 155 or less at the end of the month.

    I thought I'd posted on June 30th and last week but I can't find my original posts so I'm using what's logged on my phone app... I really want to be at 135 by August but am having a difficult time getting outside in the heat ... Any suggestions? I was walking late at night but then wasn't getting enough sleep.

    Could have been a worse week. A vacation week filled with MANY bad choices, but oh so delicious!! Back to reality tomorrow. Keep up the good work everyone!

    Successes/Struggles this week: Lack of sleep really impacts my weight loss and overall health. This week was sleep-challenged and I averaged about 2 hours a night. It was equally a rough work week with extra demands. On the plus side I brought a third dog into the household and the challenge of integrating him is definitely keep us all moving.

    It has been a rough couple of weeks in terms of appetite and irregularity. After a hopeful dip down to 176 a couple of weeks ago I have been flirting with 180. Now I appear to be easing back down. I still want to see 176 this week.

    After the scale bouncing up and down all week I've managed to lose something, well chuffed :)

    I don't know how I managed to pull this off but I gained 10 lbs in a week! :|
    (Probably majority is water weight/bloating)

    I had a busy weekend one with a meal which I planned to be good for and I was except a small cake as a treat but the next day a simple movie date turned into dinner too and once I began on the carbs I couldn't stop. :(

    Goals moving forward: Resist temptation, control my food cravings and keep in mind why I'm doing this and the end goal and increase my exercise.

    This week I'm hoping for any form of movement down. Just keep on moving, well done to everyone else's loss. :)
