It has been a rough couple of weeks in terms of appetite and irregularity. After a hopeful dip down to 176 a couple of weeks ago I have been flirting with 180. Now I appear to be easing back down. I still want to see 176 this week.

After the scale bouncing up and down all week I've managed to lose something, well chuffed
I don't know how I managed to pull this off but I gained 10 lbs in a week!
(Probably majority is water weight/bloating)
I had a busy weekend one with a meal which I planned to be good for and I was except a small cake as a treat but the next day a simple movie date turned into dinner too and once I began on the carbs I couldn't stop.
Goals moving forward: Resist temptation, control my food cravings and keep in mind why I'm doing this and the end goal and increase my exercise.
This week I'm hoping for any form of movement down. Just keep on moving, well done to everyone else's loss.1 -

Your guess is as good as mine! It just may be that week in my (menstrual) cycle where I'm not retaining as much water as I normally do. For the first time, I really focused on drinking 1/2 my weight in water - totally had to force myself to eat some days; I guess they're really on to something when they say most times we confuse dehydration for hunger! I also hit my protein goal several days. I also followed my current walking schedule - every other day. I don't even have a time or distance goal, I just get up & do it.
I know every week won't be like this (I'm really just getting started . . . again), but I'm enjoying this week's win!
A little apprehensive about tomorrow, hubby & I are going to have a French dinner with Champagne and the works! I plan to try to get four miles in walking at the beach to try to deal with some of what I intend to consume! Wish me luck!
