    I've never joined a challenge before, but I'm looking for some motivation!

    My July goal is to weigh 155 or less at the end of the month.

    July 1: 159
    July 8: 160 over-indulgence on the holiday and insufficient exercise. :s

    July 8 - 155.9 -0.2 (but because of 4th of July I actually went up to about 157.8 earlier this week so I did all that and STILL lost!!)

    Great start to this challenge. Just stay active on your vacay and just have one or two special treats.

    Just watch what you drink. Lite beer or if you can make your own I like to make a WW marguerita. Crystal Light lemonade, tequila with a squirt of lime juice. Sometimes I just drink CL lemonade with vodka. Just stay away from all those high cal drinks. Good luck.

    That is success in my book. Any weight lost on a holiday week is great. No holidays this week. We need to just eat our regular food and let's all have a great week.

    Struggles: I was only able to get one run in this week and one bike ride :(

    Successes: Even though I wasn't able to exercise as much as I wanted I still was able to lose weight! I was mindful of my calories!
