  • The scale finally moved this morning, lol, another 3 pounds so I was happy about that. I figured it was because I was getting closer to goal, only 10 more pounds to goal!   • I am 7 1/2 months out and average about 900 a day. My dr doesn't require calorie tracking but to have protein at 60-80 grams a day and 30g of carbs. I typically get over 80g of protein and about 25 g of carbs mostly from dairy and spices and of course veggies.
  • I eat 20-30 grams of carbs per day and have no issues with it. I set aside 2 hoiurs on Sunday to get my cooking done for the week. I work full time plus overtime, go to school full time and have kids and a husband. Prepackaged foods have alot of preservatives in them and are not good for you.
