You can lift everyday just not the same muscle groups. Your muscles need 5-7 days to fully heal but doesn't mean you can't workout different muscles while the others heal.

You can't eat what you don't buy. Avoid the snack aisle at the grocery store.

Toothpaste. Once I brush my teeth I no longer want any food.

I blame college. Nothing like drinking 4 nights a week and eating pizza everyday to create a healthy lifestyle.

My solution to working out in the morning was buying Bowflex dumbbells and a bench so all I have to do is walk into the living room. Once I cut out the drive and got that extra sleep back I was golden.

Drink lots of water and definitely eat before the race. I've done 2 tough mudders and both times my friends got muscle cramps by not drinking enough water before the race. You will get exhausted so pace yourself early while others sprint off the start line.

Use a heart rate monitor and then you wont have to guess.

You definitely need to start heavy lifting and use a Mass Builder supplement. Just eating high calorie fat foods will make you fat and you need to build up your muscle.

I have the same thing with one of my coworkers except she drives thru everyday with either Arby's, McDonald's, KFC, etc. while I bring in a healthy lunch everyday and she sits right next to me.

It was my freshman year of high school and one of my friends showed up late to first period and told me what happened to which I told him to stop making stuff up.
