  • Hi. I understand how you feel. I would suggest a compromise. There are silk pj's that button down and have long sleeves with silk shorts. That way, you aren't showing so much skin, but the fabric is super sexy. That's what I wear. Mine are from Victoria's Secret, but I know lots of places make that style. Maybe buy a fun…
  • Thank you SO much for posting this! With fall around the corner, this should help those "comfort fall foods" cravings. I'll give it a try!
  • Hi! I've never heard of it - what is it? I'd be happy to support your efforts. :)
  • Hi there - I am new to this site as well. This is day 11 or 12 for me. I have lost 3 pounds so far. I am married and the mother of three teenage boys - one who is about to become a Marine!
  • I agree. Also, if you are out and about and can't get home to cook, a Wendy's small chili poured over a side salad tastes like a taco salad and is only 200 calories! It is filling and feels like you are eating a lot more.
  • Feel free to add me. This is day 10 for me on this site!
  • Hi! I mix together 1/2 cup of apricot preserves, 2 cloves of garlic minced, and 2 TBS of dijon mustard. Salt and pepper chops and then add mixture to the top. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 20 - 30 mintues, depending how thick your chops are. I uncover for the last 5 mintues. This is delicious!!
  • Yes! I've had luck at my local dry cleaners! Good luck to you!
  • Do! One of my sons just did a research paper in college for his speech class on this very topic. His research convinced me, a former non breakfast eater all my life, to start eating breakfast. It is still tough for me to eat breakfast, but I make sure I have a piece of fruit, an egg, bagel, or SOMETHING. ;)
  • Congratulations! I have 3 boys and it has been a joy and a blessing! I am new here too - this is my second week. Feel free to add me as a friend for encouragement. ;) Welcome!
  • Welcome! I have used food journals in the past - I now use this site to "journal" my food. It really helps seeing it in black and white. Good luck to you!
  • Welcome! I just joined a week ago and love it!
  • most definitely eyes and also abs. :)
  • I am in the same boat. Iaughed when I read your post because that is what my mom fixes every Easter too! I AM going to take a spinach or mixed salad, because I know there won't be one there. Other than that, I plan to drink a lot of water, eat small servings, and eat lots of the salad I bring. We usually have some type of…
  • Feel free to add me! I have very similar goals, though I am 5'1. I am setting small, obtainable goals. I've found the smaller you are, the tougher it seems to be to lose - our bodies fight it more. Hang in there.
  • I'd love to have you as a "friend" on this site. I too, need to lose 30 pounds, and was a WW Lifetime member for several years.
  • I have just started eating those sugar-free jello cups. They only 10 calories and are pretty good. I hope this helps. If I come across anything else, I will post it to you.
  • You can add me as a friend. This is my 4th day on the site. I am 45, happily married (for 25 years), have three boys - 20, 18, and 16. I have always been a tiny person and was even a size 2 after my last son was born. However, when he was 1 year old, I was diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease which causes my…
  • Welcome! If you'd like to add me as a friend, please do so. This is only my 4th day on the site. ;)
  • Hi. I have made my own "pizza" version for years. I LOVE pizza! I take a tortilla (regular) and spread about 1 tsp. of light mayo on it. Then I cover it with fresh basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, and whatever veggies I want. I then add REGULAR cheese (about 2 TBS). I put it on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about…
  • Thanks for your encouraging words! I am wheelchair bound and cannot exercise, but I CAN control what goes into my mouth! Keep up the great work!
  • Yes! This is my first day on this site and I just saw your post. We also eat venison. Here is a delicious and easy recipe. It is the only way I can get my husband to eat venison: Place venison roast in crockpot. Pour one envelope of Lipton Onion soup over the roast, then a bottle of chili sauce. Then pur a can of coke (or…
