My family really noticed a few weeks in. I dress extreamly modestly and wear loser clothes so others havent really noticed.

Days like that is why I keep some kind of good book and workout video around. I also work on sewing and cleaning project s when I am not studding.

Zumba-25 minutes.

I love zumba. I dont live close to any place that offer classes, but I have it for the wii and got a Dvd set. Im not a dancer at all but after a few days I was able to keep up.Its a lot of fun and I have lost almost 50 lbs adding it to changing my eatting habbits.

I am 5-4 and was talking to my mom about this same thing. I can tell in losing 30lbs I am not a small fram girl so if I can get to 170. I'm going to go from there to see what I think.

To answer most of the question. I do meet my nutrition goals along with working out 5 to 7 day a week. The numbers are what the program suggest I eat with out adding in the extra from working out. I am not normally very hungry after around 1550 so on the way home I try to add in a healthy snack or hundred calorie bar from…
