I just got the dvd and I'm going to start doing it everyday in the mornings before my regular workouts. Question for everyone...are you entering it in under your exercise? What do you put it under if your entering it in MFP? Thanks!

Thanks for the support and welcome ladies. I have set a couple of mini goals for myself. The first is to workout at least 5 days a week and the second is to lose 10 lbs. by my birthday (in May). I'm on day 2 of logging everything I eat. When will I stop being hungry all the time? Ugh...this is going to be a long journey!
