First, don't let it get you off track! It's just a bump in the road, look at the other 44 days of doing well, and focus on getting back on track. I don't know what you eat on a usual day, but permitting a treat once in a while is OK. I think doing so helps us learn how to work that into a balanced diet. Keep up the good…

I ordered a fitbit, and in advance, I set up fitbit online so it talks to MFP. I log food in MFP and I see it in Fitbit, so I expect it's a two way street and my steps will somehow fill MFP. I think when I get the device, I just set it up and it all talks to each other! Gerry

Oh no you're not, I beat you. I'm 60. I used to be fit and trim, and short (well, always short). In the last 10 years gained at least 25 pounds, and about 10 of those pounds in the last 2 years.:grumble :embarassed: But it can be done, and we will do it. Gerry
