You could buy some caffeine pills and cut them into 4ths. That would be about 50mg of caffeine, which is about as much as a small cup of coffee.

I'm pretty sure they say to keep it at 70%-85% just so you won't prematurely burn out. If you're not having that issue and you don't have a heart condition I don't think it really matters.

If you're really struggling, you might want to up your calorie intake. There's nothing wrong with only losing one pound a week. One thing I do if I have a super hungry day is to eat a lot of carrots. They're very filling and very low calories.

This is a good site to double check your HRM. http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm P.S.: I have a friend that just started on here. He weighs about 350 lbs and when he is in his HR Zone for 60 minutes he burns about 2000 calories.

I would say that if you continue to eat such a small number of calories you may develop an eating disorder....which is bad.

Could you link the calculator you mentioned?

As long as I'm getting it all from fruits and other natural source I don't pay attention to sugar on MFP. If you were to stay within MFPs numbers you would have to limit fruit to one a day. That just seems unhealthy.
