Why eat the same thing every day if it's not working for you? Are you eyeballing your portions or measuring them every time? When you start eyeballing, it's amazing how much bigger the portions get.

I'm 5'6", 168lbs, hourglass shape, and my size 8 pants are pretty snug. I carry a lot of weight in my chest, especially when I'm heavier. Most of my shirts are medium, but I'd be more comfortable in a large right now. My goal is 145lbs, where I will be a comfortable size 6 and medium top. Looking forward to getting back…

I was 111 lbs but there is no way I would want to be that thin now. (I had ED at the time.) I'm happy when I'm 140-145.

Oh yes, I lost 25lbs in 2008. Maintained for a while, went up and down by 10lbs several times. This is the first time that I've really "lost it" since then.

I have a 3 drink maximum, otherwise judgement goes out the window. My first drink is usually something I really want, like a high calorie beer. After that, I switch to light beer or wine.

Caffeine, fiber, and exercise should solve the problem pretty quickly. :-)

Here is how I deal with these types of things: -Eat a snack before you go so you aren't super hungry. -Decide in advance how much alcohol you will have. -Bring your own "safe" dish. -Bring healthy snacks. -Don't eat anything you can't log. -Remember to have fun. :-)

It's likely that you'll lose weight in the chest. When I lost weight before, I went from a 34G to a 32DD. Since I've gained some weight back, I'm a 34E right now. So it does fluctuate.

If you don't like vegetables, I don't see why you should have to eat them. You might try experimenting with different kinds though, there are a lot of them out there! I have always hated celery, but I love carrots, cucumber, and tomato. I like V8 juice, and I don't think there is anything wrong with it, but I wouldn't…

I picked 145lbs because that's where I look and feel the best. It doesn't actually matter if you're right about your goal weight at first. Mine was originally 130lb (I have lost weight before) but when I got to 140lb I realized I was already quite thin. So, you can always adjust your expectations later.
