I weigh 130 and I am 5'4, if I lost 13 pounds I would look gross! Ill try adding weights to my ab workout and see if that gives results. Thanks everyone!:smile:

My body fat is like 19%. You think I just need to add weight to my workout and do less reps?

I work out on my lunch hour every day. Its great to get out of the lab and go for a run or lift weights. Good mental break and it saves me from the temptations of going out for lunch everyday. I don't have to wake up early or worry about it after work. I'm lucky to have a gym in my office, not everyone gets that luxury.

Beer. I won't drink Michelobe ultra or something with less calories. If im going to drink beer and enjoy it, I better drink one that I like. Better run hard and burn it off the next day- that is my way of justifying a nice cold Shiner Bock or Guiness. :)

I pretend I am in a club and I put loud techno music on. I pretend that me running on the treadmill is powering the club and people are dancing everywhere. I try to run to the beat of the music...the faster the song the more motivated I get. If I am outside, it doesn't take much motivation, I just love the feeling of…
