i am trying to still loss weight so i want to try to stay at 1500 for all day and tend to eat a bigger meal at dinner so i want to try to keep my breakfast around 300-400 calories.

I went all day without soda and then finally broke down and had one with my dinner .... Overall I just it to keep trying small steps .

I did not eat before my run, just a glass of water. I ran 3.25 miles with about a half mile cool down at 11 mile pace i current weight about 144.

I Would suggest do a little more each day .... If you start to hurt while running , stop and do a brisk walk instead. Everystep will get you closer to be able to do more.

If he is hungry all the time , He maybe lacking in vitamins and minerals. Try adding food that is high in those items and that should help the waiting to eat all the time. I agree so much with your statement ... honesty in a relationship is the only way things work. Take this time to start eating healthy and encourage him to do it with you. Have a healthy dinner and enjoy a nice long walk after dinner together. Not only will you feel better but you will be able to enjoy some quality time…

I set mine to lose 1 lb a week and its 1250 calories.... most day i am eating between over my diet 1300-1500 . on my over day i can have as many calories as 1700-1900 but over all My goal is never to go over 2000 calories. Just take it one day at a time, one choice at a time. What have really helped me is logging food before you eat it. I love candy and sweets.
