what food to eat after a work out
i just started to do a cycle class three time a week . After the gym i go start to work and i have no idea what to eat after my work out that does kill all the calories i just burned without being hungry all morning. I had some oatmeal with fruit today and it was 600 calories. Help !

No Soda Challenge
I just started a Group. Please join for encouragement and support. I am trying to be healthier and my new goal is to stop drinking soda for the next three days to see how i feel and what benefits i gain. I know three days is nothing but i am starting off slow. I drink at least three diet soda a day and want to stop.

I started the day off with a bottle water and did not bring any soda with me to work! Yay! off to a good start !

Post exercise eat a thon... Help new to running
I am new to running. Today i ran and within 30 minutes of me finishing my workout i was starving and eat 3 slices of pizza. That is more than i eat for dinner most nights. Can anyone explain why i was starving after my work out ... i burned 400 calories and eat back 600? Help i am trying to lose weight but it doesnt help…

feeling blue and want to eat what do you do to replace eating
I interview for a big position that i really wanted . I just found out i didnt get the job. And the first thing i want to do is eat my feeling away...... but trying to stay motivated to stay positive and not eat due to emotion. What do you do instead of eating your feelings ?

back sore after a 2.5 mile run
i ran yesterday for the first time in a long time and only did about 2.5 miles at 11 minute pace. Today my back in particular is very sore. Any suggestions ?

frozen lunches
When i do not have time to pack a lunch i usually grab a frozen food . I like these frozen meal because it is easy to meet the calories goal and feel satisfied after eating them but i am torn because it is all processed food.... and i know processed food is not always the healthiest Any thoughts ....

Monster energy drinks- absolutely zero
I drink a Monster energy drinks- absolutely zero once a day and i am wondering if there anything that is in these drink that are hurting my overall weight loss. I am constant fighting gaining my weight that i have just lost. I have been dieting since mid maid and have only been able to lose 5 lbs. emotional eater
whenever i am stressed out of bored I go for the food.... Most i do well then i just blow it due to stress or emotions.
