I have recently hit a new low. but every time i hit a low i end up shooting back up to my initial starting weight ; then i have to lose the weight all over again its an endless cycle ( 3 months now).
Any tips or motivation regarding losing weight and keep it going ? I am really trying to get down to 145 which is where i was just a year ago.....

Why don't you maintain the new weight?0

Are you making a life change or are you just attempting a short term diet?
If you're shooting back up it sounds like you are considering it a diet. You need to change your lifestyle to support new eating habits that will allow maintaining the weight you want.
Also I wouldn't get too concerned about a "cycle of loss/gain" after only 3 months, it's not really long enough to establish much of a pattern unless you're only talking about a few pounds.0
