I am constant fighting gaining my weight that i have just lost. I have been dieting since mid maid and have only been able to lose 5 lbs. I will lose 1-2 lbs a week for like 2-3 weeks in a row and then in one week i will put 3-4 lbs back on . Any suggest on how I can not back track... I do not much exercise other than walking a couple mile a day and keep my food intake under 2,000 aday ( cheat days). Most days i eat between 1400-1600 calories a day.
before i started dieting - I used to do no exercise at all and would eat 2500-3000 calories a day. So i have made healthy changes but i am at loss on why I cant keep it off and consistently keep losing.

This^^^. Also, 5 pounds in two months is quite good for someone like you, with only a little more than 20 pounds to lose!0
