  • I'm doing JUDDD, where I eat 500 calories every other day (a down day) and whatever I want on the other day (an up day). It seems to be working and I actually quite enjoy it. I've just been going to the gym (not as much as I perhaps should though) and after christmas want to start 30DS and c25k.

  • I actually ordered this yesterday so yes! Unfortunately I'll be away until the 7th Jan, but will start it as soon as I return. I've seen some people's amazing results so I'm hopeful that it'll be the same!
  • Yay! Glad it wasn't too bad. And it'll only get easier. I've never smoked but can appreciate how hard it is! I hear lots of people replace food with exercise so you could go from smoking>>food>>exercise! Good luck for Tuesday, Hopefully the scales will be super kind.
