All of you were so helpful! Thanks:) I dragged myself out for a long brisk walk and drank lots of water . I am going to step on the scale tomorrow...I just know I will, even tho I don't want to:( but I will keep in mind that if it looks Like I've gained, I know why:/ so thank u to all!! =D

I was on Atkins 7 yrs ago for 2 yrs. I lost 58 lbs. Gained 35 back. Unless it's going to be a lifelong low carb, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Just my opinion:)

Thank you:) I haven't started with excercise just yet. I know I have to....then maybe things will move along quicker and I can get more on my daily calorie intake:) all makes sense! Love this site!!
