Lol, I first read that as "all I want to do is stay warm and eat crabs." I thought, well, that sounds pretty strange, but she must really like crabs ...

OP, I agree 100%! I've said the exact same things to friends and family who ask about my weight loss.

Yep. Still drink my beer and wine. Just not everyday anymore. As long as you can fit the calories in, you can still lose.

I'm 6'3' and was 237 when I started this, so close to same as you. I've been aiming for about 2000 / day and have been losing about 1 lb/week pretty consistently at those numbers. Glad to see you recalculated. Good luck!

I don't see any drinks in your diary. Do you only drink water? Also, many of your meals are just one item with no sides. Is that accurate? I know that for me personally, I was WAY underestimating my quantities until I got a digital food scale (cheap on amazon). I don't use it all the time now, but at first it really helped…

Try the Special K Red Berries cereal. 110 cal /cup with loads of freeze-dried strawberries in it. You'll thank me later

HI Hannah, I know how you feel. I had the same problem. At the end of the night, I would suddenly just want to eat ridiculous amounts of food. For me it was chips, pretzels, peanuts, anything salty. Once I started, I was in a groove and literally could not stop. First, I started tracking everything, and I mean everything.…

If you don't like Brussels sprouts, you may not have had them roasted. My wife and daughter *thought* they hated them until they were prepared this way: Use the little frozen Trader Joe's ones. Or if large ones, cut them at least in half first. I put them in a gallon ziplock back, a little olive oil, salt, pepper, a few…

This is not the most healthy way (maybe you can modify it, or bake them), but it by far the most popular thing I ever make. Everyone, including kids who hate vegetables, can't get enough of these. (probably because they are fried, lol) http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Zucchini-Patties-with-Feta-238266

I used to drink wine or beer every night. I'm a big guy (6'4") and would drink fairly large quantities. I always accounted for it in my tracking (on WW previously). I have stopped drinking on weeknights only and have been amazed at how much actual food I can eat and still stay under my calorie allotment. In the last few…

What Shannon said! Perfect!

Try 1T crunchy PB in your hot oatmeal. You'll be surprised how good it is.

I feel your pain jvaughn. I also came from WW and it was nice how they had so many foods with multiple measuring options: Cups, TBS, g, oz, lb, etc... I've come across many food items here that are only in grams. Definitely have to do a lot more math, which in my opinion, may deter some from tracking all the time
