I weigh every morning and sometimes I'm up and somtimes I'm down but everyday I record my weight into an app that displays it as a chart and shows me the overall downward trend. I do feel as though I know my body better for weighing every day and I can attribute gains and losses more easily to actions I've taken or foods…

I noticed some pretty quick results but I literally went overnight in for a penny in for a pound! I think I'm probably a bread junkie in the same way you like the sugar but I've gotta say although it was hard and there were some cravings, once it was out of the way I felt so much better for it!!

The nice thing is how many veggies you can eat without being too concerned about the calories..... makes it sooooo much easier to stay feeling full!

I think the name gives it away but I wouldn't really consider it a religion, just some really good ideas that ask you to look at yourself and discover what makes you tick and maybe help other to do the same........ that's the simple version anyway. I like simple
