Quotes to keep me on track

HI all
I am on a mission to find some quotes to keep me on track in my lifestyle. And to help with keeping active and exercise, choosing healthy food and getting over bumps like tiredness, over eating, choosing the less healthy foods, not feeling exercise etc etc
This is one of my fav quotes by Zig Ziglar
"If you had a million-dollar racehorse, would you let him stay up half the night drinking coffee and booze, smoking cigarettes and eating junk food?" Next question: "Would you treat a 10-dollar dog or a 5-dollar cat that way? What about a billion-dollar body?"

These are on my profile, they're my favourite

NOTE TO SELF: When I eat like crap, I feel like crap

"I workout, because I can. When I get tired, or I am short on time, or I want to quit...I think about how lucky I am to be healthy enough to workout daily. Be grateful for your health and your ability to become STRONGER. Don't ever take it for granted!"

"Take charge. Write your own story."

"One day I'll comfortably sit and look back at all the ups, and all the downs, and smile knowing that I achieved what I set out to. Blood, sweat & tears. It's all a part of the journey. "

"Do not be discouraged by who you are at present. Be motivated by who you WILL become in the future"

"I'd rather be fit and sexy than weak and dainty"

wow! nobody's cracked out that sickening chestnut about nothing tasting as good as skinny feels! high five everyone!

i did a search today for motivational pictures and quotes - one of my favourites was 'I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again'

It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?
